There is a fight between them but in the end they are friends again. A great coffee table book!!
Dwayne. It is clear from my initial review that the BOK does need to be supplemented, so my advice is to pick your materials well, based on where your knowledge & experience levels are and how you best learn.. It is quite technical in places, but an easy enough read for those who are seriously interested in the subject. Don't waste your time or money on this, it doesn't help at all with sleep issues.. So far my daughter has lost 4lbs in 4 weeks mostly due to the Heidi Bond book!. So my only criticism would be that the author should have found some fiendish way to tell the reader pretty early on what you need to know to appreciate what you're reading.
