Kirk Martensen does a nice job of walking the reader through the automotive sales process. Excellent! - clarifies the car sales process. Ayer took philosophy from the general reader and rarefied it to the world of specialization and academia. If you want to get up to speed with either of these programs in a miminal amount of time, this is the book to get. This is too much if what you want to do is code/decode existing JPEG2000 files. It is a delight for the senses. I've often stumbled upon books claiming to do miracles and give me the "definitive strategy", but almost none of them kept the promises.
