REVIEW :

When I was told about this book, my first thought was: “Another health cookbook again, I have more than enough of it!“ and anti-inflammatory, I don’t need it. Though one never forgets that the book is really about the main characters

I enjoyed reading about Lil and Coop as they grew from childhood and straight into an adventure. What is does is teach kids which foods are healthy and more filling, allows them to make choices and still eat regular kid food. There is fantastic character development and it is nice to get to know characters and see their relationship and attraction form a little more slowly, instead of it being rushed.
I liked seeing Garret's softer side and seeing Sarah come out of her shell. She also talks about a therapist's preliminary preparations prior to initiating yoga into therapy. Second problem? The female doctor is completely unbe
