I just can not believe that many people do not read Amazone reviews and are bying rubish over internet from so called "newly composed fitness gurus", without any knowledge. The male character was not a particularly strong alpha and there really wasn't much interaction between the two main characters before they fell in love. Every time I open it, I see something new. Some of the material presented was a little too mathematical to really mean anything to me, but I got a general idea of how and why each product works. Danielle Steele is boring as heck for me and too predictable. I found this book disappointing, for reasons I will explain below. So cute and hot at the same time.
The story is also intriguing too. Quick, Easy and Yummy have great appeal to me.
While I have over 300 cookbooks in my collection, the ones that help me maintain my health are the ones I now treasure
