wish it was bound & not just an e-book. If they stayed as cute and innocent as the dogs on the cover I would consider it. The glossary in the back helps you become familiar with real estate and mortgage terminology.
Read this book before you start looking for a house. Although I liked the little subplot about Sophie's pregnancy and 'adopted' sister Rusty's trouble with an aggressive 'boyfriend', it did sort of disrupt the flow of Garrett's and Sarah story.
