It was a style that Manning would refine later. I used this book to read aloud and teach Second Grade Social Studies Standards in Pasco, WA. They spend time together and Shin wonders if Narusawa is "experimenting" with him to find out if he can talk with animals. He also discusses how laws of the time affected their development and use for road haulage. it's useless to me. Each scripture is perfectly tied into the teaching. A must have for anybody that's on the run but striving to live a healthier lifestyle.
