REVIEW :
I give this book my highest illusion rating: Three thumbs up.. There are a lot of green foods that are not nutritious. It is more comfortable to have a voiceless victim that we can speak on behalf of but Barbara serves it in its crude form and does not shy from calling a spade a spade. Great!. In the end the mother and her chicks are reunited. If you're like me you missed learning the ways of preserving food without canning or freezing at your mother or grandmother's elbow. How does it turn out? I leave it to you to find out the power and limits of charm.. The only complaint I have about these books is there are NO pictures in the book. it's useless to me. However, the book also contains a lengthy interview with Lee, as well as information about forthcoming books in the "Flat Earth" and "Blood Opera" series; these features are, as far as I know, available nowhere else.
